My project tries to identify leverage points for increasing sustainability in fruit production. It is important to me to generate applicable knowledge from which farmers also benefit. As a trained Cultural Anthropologist I am fascinated by methods that foster farmers' participation in research.
Especially farmers' participation in the development of suitable agroforestry systems in temperate zones would be one of my favorite project for the future.
In my free time I keep ducks and started planting a food forest for my family.
